Those not wearing skirts must change into sarongs at the designated borrowing point, where they will register with their national ID or passport.

Visitors will then be escorted to the Mani Noppharat Gate, following a path through the Grand Palace complex to the Dusit Maha Prasat Throne Hall. After paying their respects, they will exit through the western glass wall and be provided with an electric tram service back to Sanam Luang. Those arriving after 3:30 p.m. will follow a slightly different route, entering through the Maninoprat Gate and following directions to the Throne Hall.

Additionally, the Grand Palace will reopen to tourists and the public from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., starting November 9, 2025. Tourists can enter through the Maninoprat Gate and follow a designated route to visit various sections of the Grand Palace and the Queen Sirikit Museum of Textiles.
