Surat thani: "Nene Radklao" visited Surat Thani to hold a forum on the direction of Thailand, emphasizing the need for clean and transparent politics. She listened to the voices of youth and offered encouragement to candidates in the final stages of the Surat Thani election.
According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Radklao Suwannakiri, or "Nene," a leading figure in the Democrat Party, continues her visits to Surat Thani province. She began her activities by participating in a seminar titled "The Direction of Thailand" at Surat Thani Rajabhat University, where a large number of students and citizens attended.
Ms. Radklao spoke of the urgent need for Thai politics and the public administration system to "become clean again," pointing out that corruption, abuse of power without regard for the people's interests, and questionable political systems are major root causes that prevent the country from overcoming poverty and inequality. She then presented policies and ideas from the Democrat Party focused on honest, transparent, and accountable politics, and good governance.
In the afternoon, the group traveled to Ban Ta Khun District to meet with high school students at Ban Ta Khun Secondary School to listen to their opinions, expectations, and needs. Nene Ratklao stated that the voices of youth are a vital force in shaping the country's future, and that good politics requires genuine space for the younger generation to participate.
He then traveled to Phunphin District to meet with and encourage the Democrat Party candidates in the area, reiterating his confidence that the political climate in the South remains strong and showing no signs of declining, and urging all candidates to dedicate themselves fully in the final stages of the election.
The deputy leader of the Democrat Party also campaigned, urging the public to support clean politics, reject illicit money, and elect politicians who uphold integrity so that Thailand can escape the cycle of poverty and move towards a stable and sustainable future.
