Rodtang Jitmuangnon Delays Police Report Due to Negotiation Request

Bangkok: "Rodtang Jitmuangnon" has postponed his filing of a police report with the Crime Suppression Division regarding the forgery of his signature until tomorrow because a senior figure has requested a negotiation to find a solution to the problem.

According to Thai News Agency, at the police station of the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB), reporters waited to interview Mr. Tinkorn Srisawat, or "Rodtang Jitmuangnon," a 28-year-old famous Thai boxer. He had previously posted on social media stating his readiness to address the forgery issue, declaring his intention to meet with CIB investigators to file a complaint against those allegedly violating the Computer Crime Act. However, he later announced a postponement of this meeting to April 15, 2026, without specifying a time.

Mr. Santiwat Sangsanana, the lawyer for "Rodtang," explained that the delay in filing the police report was due to a request from respected elders from both sides for a negotiation meeting to resolve the issue and prevent it from escalating into a lawsuit. Previously, on February 19, 2026, Rodtang and his team filed a police report as evidence. The issue arises from the forgery of Rodtang's signature on 23 pages of a document, with only the last page bearing his genuine signature. The disputed document, although physically singular, contains multiple pages that have raised questions about its validity.

The lawyer further stated that the emotional impact of the damages has been more significant than any financial implications, as the involved parties had previously maintained a good relationship. Specific details about compensation or benefits remain undisclosed, as Tank is expected to clarify these himself. The organization and contracting parties reportedly have no problems with Tank, suggesting the issue likely stems from an individual. Previous discussions and negotiations have been held in an attempt to resolve the matter.

Regarding a press statement on the matter, it is anticipated to occur as early as tomorrow, following the scheduled negotiations. Further details will be announced to the media, with an emphasis on transparency and openness.
