Royal Thai Air Force Prepares for 33rd SEA Games Participation

Bangkok: The Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Air Force, Air Chief Marshal Seksan Kantha, has provided guidance to Air Force sports personnel who will participate in the upcoming 33rd SEA Games. During a meeting at the Chakrabongse Reception Room in the Royal Thai Air Force Headquarters, he addressed officials, coaches, and athletes, emphasizing the significance of representing Thailand at this prestigious event.

According to Thai News Agency, Air Chief Marshal Kantha expressed his appreciation and congratulations to those selected to represent the Royal Thai Air Force and the nation. He highlighted the importance of this opportunity to honor the country and urged participants to fully commit to their roles. He stressed the necessity of demonstrating good sportsmanship and adhering to competition rules, which he noted would not only enhance the country’s image but also provide essential personal development experience. He encouraged the athletes to serve as role models for future generations.

The 33rd SEA Games are scheduled from December 9-20, 2025, and will take place in Bangkok, Chonburi, and Songkhla provinces. A contingent of 135 Royal Thai Air Force officials, coaches, and athletes will represent Thailand in 17 out of the 40 sports being contested. These sports include rugby, football, takraw, basketball, Muay Thai, petanque, cycling, shooting, swimming, hockey, volleyball, martial arts, athletics, fencing, badminton, gymnastics, bodybuilding, fitness, weightlifting, air sports, billiards, and snooker.
