Royal Thai Army Provides Relief to Flood Victims in Singburi

Singburi: The Royal Thai Army Headquarters is actively assisting flood victims in Singburi. General Kittipong Chuenchaichan, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Royal Thai Army, along with General Sarawut Chanphum, Commander of the Army Development Command, visited the In Buri Subdistrict in Sing Buri Province to monitor the flood situation and extend support to the affected individuals.

According to Thai News Agency, the Deputy Chief of Staff and the Commander of the Army Development Command, representing the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters, presented Big Bags to the Chief of the Office of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation in Singburi Province. These bags are intended for use in flood prevention and disaster management efforts. Additionally, they personally visited the area to meet with the affected residents, offering encouragement and distributing relief bags to mitigate the initial hardships faced by the flood victims.

This initiative is part of an integrated operation involving various sectors, including government bodies, the private sector, volunteers, and public welfare organizations. The coordinated effort aims to provide effective assistance and ensure a timely response to the flood crisis.
