Bangkok: Saint Suppapong Udomkaewkanjana has publicly addressed for the first time his decision to step down from his roles as a director at Idol Factory Co., Ltd. and Honeycomb 99999999 Co., Ltd., citing time constraints as the primary reason.

According to Thai News Agency, the actor’s announcement follows a letter released by Idol Factory Co., Ltd. on November 17, 2015. The letter disclosed that Mr. Suppapong Udomkaewkanjana had submitted his resignation as Chief Executive Officer and expressed his intention to transfer all of his shares back to the company and its subsidiaries.

In a recent Instagram post, Saint clarified his resignation from the board of directors of both companies. He emphasized that his departure would not affect the management or strategic policy implementation, as these responsibilities have always been handled by Mr. Kachen Sodpho, an authorized director and executive.

Saint explained that his acting commitments prevent him from fully participating in important company deliberations or decision-making processes, which could lead to misunderstandings among colleagues or related parties. To prevent any confusion regarding his roles, he officially resigned from his positions, effective November 13, 2025. Following his announcement, many fans expressed their support for the actor.
