Bangkok: The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has removed the Customer Service (CS) designation from DIMET shares after the auditor concluded that the 2025 financial statements will take effect on March 2, 2026.
According to Thai News Agency, the CS (Command Correction) designation was lifted following the auditor's review of DIMET's 2025 financial statements. This change is set to be implemented on March 2, 2026. Nonetheless, the CB (Contingency Control) designation remains due to the free float falling below the required threshold, necessitating that trading be conducted via cash balance accounts until the issue is rectified.
The SET announced that the removal of the Caution (CS) designation from Dimet (Siam) Public Company Limited (DIMET) securities is based on the auditor's opinion on the annual financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025. This change will be effective starting March 2, 2026.
However, the CB (Cash Balance) designation will still apply to DIMET shares as the free float, or shareholding by retail investors, remains below 50% of the paid-up capital. Additionally, the value of shares held by retail investors is less than 100% of the paid-up capital. Investors trading in securities marked with CB must utilize a Cash Balance account, depositing the full amount of cash before trading. The CB designation will persist until the company resolves the underlying issue.
