SME D Bank Launches ‘Kindness Bags’ Initiative to Aid Flood Victims in Southern Thailand

Bangkok: SME D Bank is offering “Kindness Bags” to alleviate the suffering of our southern brothers and sisters affected by flooding and is opening a donation center for essential items at the SME Bank Tower. The Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand (SME D Bank), led by Mr. Pichit Mitrawong, Managing Director, along with executives and staff, conducted a corporate social responsibility (CSR) activity, joining forces to pack “kindness bags” containing daily necessities, both consumer and household items, to be distributed to flood-affected people in various southern regions. The event took place on the 1st floor of the Co-Working Space in the SME Bank Tower building on November 25, 2025.

According to Thai News Agency, a “Donation Center for Flood Relief in the South” has been established to accept donations of essential items, such as dried food, daily necessities, and medicine, from the public, customers, SME entrepreneurs, and volunteers. These items will be distributed to flood-affected southern residents. Donations can be made on the 1st floor of the SME Bank Tower building starting today.
