Hua Hin, Oct 22 – Social media shares a search for the car that drove a foreign woman before being run over by another car, causing serious injuries. She is being treated at a hospital in Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. They want the driver to come back and take responsibility for the medical expenses and apologize to the injured.
The woman who was hit by the car has been in the ICU for several days. Her condition is very serious because the car ran over her hip, causing a fractured pelvis, twisted knees, broken fibula and tibia, and fractured ribs and breastbone.
This incident happened at 2am on Monday, October 14th, on Phetkasem Road in front of Bangkok Hospital, Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The foreign woman who posted said she was Russian. The first car hit her, and immediately a second car ran over her because both cars were driving very fast. They both fled without stopping to check.
As for the CCTV, the poster stated that since the injured person was a foreigner, it was inc
onvenient to follow up on the CCTV footage. After the incident, they went to file a police report. A week has passed and they still cannot find the person who hit them. Fortunately, the incident happened in front of the hospital, so they were able to receive treatment quickly.

If the person who hit him is found, the insurance money and compensation can be used to pay for some of the medical expenses because the injured person’s girlfriend currently has to mortgage the house with the bank, borrow from friends, and open for donations to pay for the medical expenses.
The injured person was a foreigner and had travel insurance for his wife or girlfriend. However, the injured person did not know that to register as a non-marital couple, the same address was required. This was a mistake and he could not use this insurance. The insurance company refused to pay for the treatment for this reason.
