According to Thai News Agency, the visit was accompanied by Mr. Bannapoj Damapong, the brother of Khunying Pojaman Damapong, their lawyer, Mr. Winyat Chatmontri, and a group of Red Shirt supporters. After spending about 1 hour and 30 minutes with Mr. Thaksin, Mr. Somchai described the visit as routine, stating it had been a long time since they last saw each other.
