Stories of Phetchaburi Through Mural Paintings

Phetchaburi: Professor Krisdakorn Inkonglas, a craftsman from Phetchaburi, has presented the historical narrative of Phetchaburi through mural paintings at Wat Kongkaram Worawihan, located in the Mueang Phetchaburi District. The initiative, titled “Kamphu-Ratchanee,” aims to showcase the rich cultural heritage of the region.

According to Thai News Agency, Professor Krisdakorn’s work is part of an effort to preserve and highlight the local history and traditions of Phetchaburi. The murals at Wat Kongkaram Worawihan serve as a visual storytelling medium, allowing visitors to engage with the past of the region. The project underscores the importance of art in maintaining cultural continuity and offers residents and tourists a unique insight into the area’s historical context.
