Thai People’s Party Leader Emphasizes Digital Skills and Economic Focus on Children’s Day

Bangkok: The leader of the Thai People's Party, Mr. Ekkasit Kunanantakul, engaged with teenagers on Children's Day, encouraging them to love their country and strive for continuous development. He highlighted the importance of mastering digital technology to propel the nation forward, and underscored the need to tackle economic challenges and enhance living standards.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Ekkasit, accompanied by Bangkok MP candidates and the party's mascot, Nong Mhee Nuey (Bear), supported Ms. Worasiri Supanichvoraphan (Patty), candidate number 1 in Constituency 2, during an event at the Skywalk, Paragon, and Siam Square One in Pathum Wan District. The occasion provided a platform for Thai children to voice their opinions on National Children's Day.

Mr. Ekkasit emphasized that children are crucial to the country's future, and the Thai People's Party prioritizes their development. He urged children to embrace digital skills essential for national advancement. The party's policy, "Building People, Creating Jobs, Creating Careers," aims to equip children with knowledge from an early age to adapt to evolving circumstances.

During his visit to Siam Square, Mr. Ekkasit stressed the importance of incorporating children's opinions into policies for their future. He highlighted the party's commitment to engaging with the public to demonstrate its dedication to national improvement, particularly focusing on SMEs, labor-intensive sectors, the elderly, and those lacking opportunities.

Mr. Ekkasit also addressed the party's campaign strategy, emphasizing the need for fieldwork to connect with citizens and prioritize economic solutions. He called for public support in the upcoming elections, presenting the Thai People's Party as a genuine alternative committed to addressing the nation's challenges.

In advance of the elections on February 1st and 8th, 2026, Mr. Ekkasit urged voters to choose wisely, stressing that the Thai People's Party, number 23 on the ballot, is dedicated to serving the people and solving problems.
