Bangkok: Thanakrit Jittraareerat reiterated the “Kla Tham” party’s commitment to helping the people and hinted at running as a party-list MP, believing he can communicate with people in every province nationwide. Lieutenant Colonel Thanakrit Chittrareerat, Secretary to the Minister of Social Development and Human Security, stated during his attendance at the launch event for the Kla Tham Party’s parliamentary candidates at Kirach Hall 1, BITEC Bangna, that today’s event would feature both constituency and party-list candidates. He emphasized that he was attending as a full 100% member of the Kla Tham Party, and that the party has a clear commitment to working in politics for the benefit of the people.

According to Thai News Agency, Thanakrit has had the opportunity to work in several ministries, including the Ministry of Justice, the Prime Minister’s Office, and the Ministry of Public Health. His core ideology has been to help the people. The Kla Tham Party has been assigned to oversee social affairs, which aligns with his values. After discussions with senior figures, he realized this work is directly related to his passion. He believes that if a party prioritizes the people’s access to justice and handling their complaints, he should join. The Kla Tham Party emphasizes this as a key policy, which is why he has joined. He expects to run as a party-list MP and believes he can connect with people in every province across the country.

He reiterated that today, the Kla Tham Party is clearly demonstrating its stance on caring for the people, both during the floods and the situation on the Thai-Cambodian border. He noted that the party has been on the ground since the first days to care for the people, a core policy that Mr. Akka Phromphao, Minister of Social Development and Human Security, and Captain Thamanat Phromphao, Chairman of the Kla Tham Party’s Advisory Board, both agree on. He also stated that he, as the Secretary to the Minister of Social Development and Human Security, has been working to care for the people in various areas.

‘We are currently overseeing the situation in the area. We must uphold the party’s stance and policies, showing the people that the Kla Tham Party is a party that dares to act, daring to do things that some others don’t, but we do,’ said Mr. Thanakrit.
