Train Restaurant Owners: “Managing Restaurants for Sustainable Growth” Course

Bangkok: Food Passion Training Center, a part of People Connect Co., Ltd., has teamed up with SME D Bank and the Professional Qualification Institute to launch an innovative training initiative aimed at empowering Thai restaurant operators through the ‘Managing Restaurants for Sustainable Growth’ course.

According to Thai News Agency, this training marks a significant milestone in bolstering the Thai economy by enhancing the skills and professional standards of restaurant businesses. The comprehensive program is offered for free and covers vital areas such as sales, financial management, maintaining a clean and standardized restaurant, team management, and service skills development. It also offers in-depth consultations with experts and includes free food sanitation training and certification.

Participants in the course will have the chance to connect with business partners from all over the country and can access funding exceeding 50 million baht from the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand (SME D Bank). Additionally, they will benefit from professional qualification certification available through the E-Training system of the Professional Qualification Institute, designed to enhance their business potential and readiness for growth.

The course, conducted on November 29-30, 2025, at Food Passion Co., Ltd., aimed to inspire entrepreneurs by sharing real-world experiences and providing a structured platform for them to evaluate and improve their business strategies. The training focused on four critical areas: People Series, Financial Series, Operation Series, and Customer Series, all aimed at enabling restaurant operators to run their businesses more efficiently.

The program was led by executives and experts from Food Passion Co., Ltd., including Ms. Chataya Suphanphong, Chief Executive Officer; Ms. Nathirat Boonrat, Chief Human Resources and People Connect Business Unit Officer; and Mr. Charoonroj Theptee, Chief Supply Chain Officer. These leaders imparted essential knowledge and skills to support the sustainable growth of restaurant operators.

Ms. Nathirat Boonrat emphasized the importance of building a strong foundation for industry growth, stating, “People Connect is committed to designing a sustainable restaurant management course through exclusive sharing from our executives.
