Bangkok: The Election Commission of Thailand (ECT) has officially certified Wisuda Wichiensin as the Member of Parliament for Constituency 4 in Kanchanaburi. This certification fills the vacant position and was conducted in accordance with the relevant sections of the Organic Act on the Election of Members of the House of Representatives B.E. 2561 (2018) and the Election Commission’s Regulations B.E. 2566 (2023).
According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Wisuda emerged as the winning candidate in the recent election held on October 19th. The ECT has completed the necessary procedures to announce her election results, allowing her to take up the parliamentary role.
The certificate of election for Ms. Wisuda, as the MP for Kanchanaburi Province, Constituency 4, will be available for collection starting November 5th. The certificate can be picked up between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Election Commission Office located on the 5th floor of the Government Complex, Building B.
In cases where Ms. Wisuda is unable to collect the certificate in person, arrangements can be made by providing a power of attorney along with certified copies of the ID cards of both the grantor and the authorized representative.
