Bangkok: "Worawat Euapinyakul, a Pheu Thai Party candidate for Member of Parliament in Phrae, has posted a photo with fellow candidate Phuwasa Sindhuwong to dispel rumors regarding a serious accident involving Pheu Thai's parliamentary candidate, number 2. Worawat clarified that the reports of a serious injury from an accident in Phrae were false and urged those spreading such rumors to cease immediately.

According to Thai News Agency, the rumors began with claims that Worawat's car had overturned and fallen into a ravine on January 1st. The alarming news spread quickly, inundating the team with phone calls. Worawat addressed the false information directly, emphasizing that on the evening of January 1st, he was attending a Dhamma ceremony at Wat Suang Maen with Phuwasa. He highlighted the importance of factual information in the age of social media, urging the public to rely on verified news sources.

Worawat reassured the public that both he and Phuwasa remain candidates for Member of Parliament in Phrae, number 2, and are fully eligible for election. They have not disappeared and continue to be active in their campaign. Worawat also mentioned their plans to attend the Phra That wrapping ceremony at Wat Chetwan and Wat Rong So in the Phrae municipal area to seek blessings from sacred relics.
