According to Thai News Agency, Apex Interactive presented 'MUAY THAI XTREME' (MTX) at the gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2026. Attendees were given the exclusive opportunity to experience the game before its official release. Developed by SQUADX, a renowned Thai game studio, the game utilizes Unreal Engine 5 to bring the traditional martial art of Muay Thai to life in a digital format. The game is designed to authentically replicate the movements, timing, and unique characteristics of Muay Thai, allowing players to immerse themselves in the experience of being a Muay Thai fighter.

Several professional Muay Thai athletes participated in trying out the game, expressing their pride in seeing Muay Thai represented in the gaming industry. The developers aim to leverage Thailand's cultural heritage into an international digital product, hoping to educate players worldwide about Muay Thai through the game. They also plan to involve current and former Muay Thai athletes in the development process, ensuring that the game serves as both a digital entertainment platform and a means to promote the sport internationally.
