Phayao: In a recent visit to Phayao, Mr. Yotsanan Wongsawat, the Pheu Thai Party's prime ministerial candidate, emphasized his commitment to combating drug trafficking, scammers, and illicit financial activities. According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Yotsanan refuted claims by Captain Thamanat Phromphao regarding a political base in the region. During his visit to Ban Mo Market in Chiang Kham District, Mr. Yotsanan underscored his Northern roots and appealed for support from the people of Phayao. He highlighted the importance of creating a livable city with a creative economy, promising a better quality of life for the residents if Pheu Thai is elected.
Mr. Yotsanan's campaign speech focused heavily on the issue of drug trafficking.
