Bangkok: Abhisit Vejjajiva and his team visited the Army mess hall, where they engaged with vendors and expressed appreciation for the support shown towards the Democrat Party.
According to Thai News Agency, the Democrat Party continued its campaigning efforts with a visit on February 5th at noon. Party leader Abhisit Vejjajiva, along with deputy leaders Korn Chatikavanij, Dr. Kardee Leowpairoj, and Satit Wongnongteuy, met with the public at the Army Welfare Shop on Rama VI Road in the Phaya Thai District of Bangkok, located directly across from the Democrat Party headquarters.
The atmosphere was lively as Mr. Abhisit walked around, greeting vendors and the public in a friendly manner. Many vendors and shoppers approached him for greetings and photographs. Dr. Kardee participated in taking pictures and selfies with the attendees.
During the visit, a number of individuals expressed their support and indicated their intention to vote for the Democrat Party in the upcoming election, which was encouraging for the party's leadership team.
Following the meet-and-greet, Mr. Abhisit, Mr. Korn, and Dr. Kardee had lunch at the Army Welfare Canteen. They engaged in conversation and exchanged ideas with the public, illustrating an image of closeness and accessibility.
