Bangkok: The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has announced the delisting of CIMBT, GLAND, and LRH shares, effective September 12, 2026. This decision follows the companies' failure to meet the required qualifications for share distribution among minority shareholders and their prolonged suspension from trading.
According to Thai News Agency, the delisting affects CIMB Thai Bank Public Company Limited (CIMBT), Grand Canal Land Public Company Limited (GLAND), and Laguna Resort and Hotel Public Company Limited (LRH). The securities of these companies were temporarily prohibited from trading for more than a year, which is a violation of Clause 7 (5) (a) of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Regulations on Delisting of Listed Securities B.E. 2021.
The SET has arranged for a brief trading window for CIMBT, GLAND, and LRH securities from September 3 to 11, 2026, under specific conditions. During this period, trading will occur via Cash Balance accounts, requiring buyers to pay the full amount before purchasing. Additionally, an NC (Non-Confirmed) mark will be displayed to caution investors. No price ceiling, floor, dynamic price band, or auto pause will apply on the first trading day, September 3, 2026. These securities will also be excluded from the SET Index calculation.
Following the temporary trading period, the shares will be officially delisted. The SET advises shareholders and investors to exercise caution and thoroughly review company information before trading. The exchange has provided preliminary information, including the latest financial statements, the auditor's opinion, and the annual information report, for investor reference.
