According to Thai News Agency, DAD Asset Development, the developer behind the Government Complex project, is accelerating its systematic human resource development strategy through the implementation of Predictive Index (PI) tools. These tools are being utilized to analyze individual behavior and drives, leading to the launch of the 'DAD Talent NEXT 2569' project. This initiative is designed to upgrade high-potential talent in preparation for future organizational changes. The project was inaugurated in Samut Songkhram province, a secondary city, signifying an approach that not only focuses on developing individuals but also adds value to the community. It aligns with the government's policy of stimulating the domestic economy and tourism.
