Bangkok: The art scene in Bangkok is set to be enriched by a new exhibition titled 'The Hero Within,' showcasing the work of artist Wichuda Khantijit. The exhibition invites visitors to delve into the depths of their inner worlds through a series of surreal paintings that capture the essence of human dreams, memories, and emotions.
According to Thai News Agency, 'The Hero Within' guides visitors on a journey through fragile emotions, incorporating symbolic elements such as paper boats and dogs. These symbols represent the journey of life, the confrontation with uncertainty, and the persistence of hope. Wichuda's paintings are presented in fresh color tones, creating an atmosphere of "low clouds" that conveys both gentleness and intensity. The exhibition emphasizes the concept that fragility is not a sign of weakness but rather the beginning of strength.
The exhibition will be open to the public from March 28th to May 24th, 2026, at the RCB Photographers' Gallery on the 2nd Floor of River City Bangkok. Visitors can explore the artworks daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with free admission, providing an accessible opportunity for art enthusiasts and the general public to engage with Wichuda Khantijit's thought-provoking pieces.
