Krabi: The National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) has found former Krabi MP Saritpong Weerasethakul of the Bhumjaithai Party guilty of misusing land under a land title deed. The NACC ruled that Saritpong, who represented Krabi Constituency 3, committed a serious breach of ethical standards by failing to meet the eligibility requirements for ownership of the land in question.
According to Thai News Agency, the case involves Saritpong's misuse of over 578 rai of land within the Krabi land reform area. The NACC's investigation revealed that Saritpong had not adhered to the necessary criteria for legal ownership, leading to the violation of the land title deed's conditions.
