Bangkok, 22 Oct. – GH Bank provides loans to entrepreneurs of rental flats/rental houses, with interest rates starting at only 4.00% per year.
The Government Housing Bank (GHB) supports entrepreneurs by providing low-interest loan products, including (1) the Premium Refinance In 2024 project to redeem mortgages on land and rental flats/houses, with a fixed interest rate of 4.00% per year in the first year and an average interest rate of only 4.50% per year for the first 3 years, with a maximum loan term of 30 years; and (2) the 2024 loan for rental flats/houses to purchase, build, extend, renovate, or repair rental flats/houses, with an interest rate starting at only 4.50% per year and a maximum loan term of 30 years. Interested parties can apply for the loan starting today at any branch of the bank nationwide.
Mr. Kamolpop Virapala, President of the Government Housing Bank (GHB), revealed that over the past 71 years, GHB has supported Thai people, especially low- and middle-income earners, to own their own
homes for more than 4.4 million families, in line with its mission to ‘Make Thai People Have Homes’. At the same time, GHB also encourages entrepreneurs, both individuals and juristic persons, who are in the business of renting flats/renting houses to develop housing to support the housing needs of Thai people. Therefore, it has developed loan products for entrepreneurs of flats, apartments, dormitories, mansions, or buildings that are operated for renting, including houses for rent, both single houses, twin houses, townhouses, and commercial buildings. The loans include
(1) Premium Refinance In Project 2024 to redeem mortgages on land and buildings, loans
for renting flats/renting houses: for entrepreneurs who wish to redeem mortgages on land and buildings, renting flats/renting houses, including to purchase related equipment or facilities for residential purposes; Interest rate in Year 1 is fixed at 4.00% per year, Year 2 is fixed at 4.50% per year, Year 3 is fixed at 5.00% per year (average interest rate
for the first 3 years is only 4.50% per year), Year 4-5 is equal to MLR-1.00% per year (5.50% per year), and Year 6 until the end of the contract is equal to MLR (currently GH Bank’s MLR interest rate is equal to 6.50% per year). The maximum loan term is 30 years. Special! Exempted loan application fee and collateral appraisal fee. Interested parties can apply for a loan from today onwards and complete the transaction until December 30, 2024 or before the said period
if the bank has provided a loan up to the project’s credit limit (borrow only as necessary and can be repaid).
(2) Flat for rent / House for rent loan in 2024: For entrepreneurs who want to buy, build, extend, renovate, repair flats for rent / houses for rent, including to buy equipment or related facilities for
living and additional loans. Those who request a loan of no more than 5 million baht will receive a fixed interest rate for years 1-3 at 4.75% per year and year 4 until the end of the contract at MLR. Those who request a loan of more t
han 5 million baht will receive a fixed interest rate for year 1 at 4.50% per year, year 2 at 5.00% per year, year 3 at 5.50% per year (the average interest rate for the first 3 years is only 5.00% per year).
Year 4-5 is equal to MLR- not exceeding 1.00% per year and year 6 until the end of the contract is equal to MLR and special! will be exempted from loan application fee and collateral assessment fee. Those interested can submit a loan application from today until December 30, 2024 and complete the transaction by March 31, 2025 or before the said period if the bank has provided a loan up to the project limit (borrow only as necessary and can be repaid).
