According to Thai News Agency, the measures include a reduction in the interest rate to 0.01% per year for the entire duration of the loan for customers who have died or become permanently disabled due to the incident. For those who have suffered serious injuries, the bank will offer the same reduced interest rate for a period of one year, after which the rate will return to the original eligibility terms prior to this intervention.
