Hyundai Department Store Co. on Thursday reported its second-quarter net loss of 145.4 billion won (US$105.5 million), shifting from a profit of 25.6 billion won a year earlier. The company said in a regulatory filing that it posted 42.8 billion won in operating profit for the quarter, compared with 55.6 billion won a year ago. Sales rose 5.5 percent to 1.02 trillion won.
