Bangkok: The Thai film industry remains vibrant as the year comes to a close, highlighted by the recent gala premiere of the much-anticipated sequel “Hor Taew Taek Haek Lee Hu,” directed by the esteemed Poj Arnon.
According to Thai News Agency, the event featured prominent appearances by veteran comedian Jaturong Mokjok and emerging star Kohtee Aramboy, celebrated for their portrayals of “Jae Taew” and “Pancake.”
Uncle Rong, who just turned 62 on December 22nd, expressed his delight over a generous birthday gift from his daughter, Baifern Pasakorn, who transferred 50,000 baht to his account. Uncle Rong shared that this monetary gift was the most cherished he had ever received, contrasting with previous years where he typically received less expensive items like belts. Despite his age, Uncle Rong remains active, managing his work commitments and personal ventures without assistance. He proudly noted that he continues to receive ample work opportunities and has no intention of retiring soon.
At the same event, Gohtee addressed a minor controversy regarding his use of the informal pronoun “nu.” He clarified that it is merely a habit and that he uses the more formal “phi” when interacting with younger individuals. Gohtee expressed his confusion over the criticism and stated that if informality in pronoun use was acceptable to others, he had no objections to it.
