NACC Reveals Ex-Election Commission Chairman Ittiporn’s Assets Totaling 48.5 Million Baht

Bangkok: The National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) has disclosed the assets of Ittiporn Boonprakong following his resignation as Chairman of the Election Commission.

According to Thai News Agency, the assets, declared alongside his spouse, Mrs. Suteera, amounted to 48,589,273 baht and 14.84 euros, with liabilities totaling 148,013 baht.

Mr. Ittiporn's individual assets include 43,719,018 baht and 14.84 euros. His holdings consist of 5,619,018 baht in Thai bank deposits and 14.84 euros in ABN AMRO bank in The Hague, Netherlands. He owns three plots of land in Chumphon, Chiang Mai, and a significant plot in central Bangkok valued at 24 million baht, collectively worth 34.5 million baht. Additional assets include buildings and structures valued at 3.5 million baht, and vehicles worth 100,000 baht. His liabilities include an overdraft of 11,970 baht.

Mr. Ittiporn reported an annual income of 3,438,084 baht, derived from various sources including his salary, allowances, rental income, and pension. His expenses were reported as 720,000 baht annually, covering personal costs.

Meanwhile, Mrs. Suteera's assets, totaling 4,870,255 baht, are entirely in bank deposits. Her liabilities include a 136,132 baht overdraft. Mrs. Suteera did not report any income but declared annual expenses of 840,000 baht, attributed to personal expenses and support for her mother.
