Oak Panthongtae Visits Klong Prem Central Prison to Welcome Father’s Return

Bangkok: Oak Panthongtae has arrived at Klong Prem Central Prison, awaiting his father's return home. Early this morning, Panthongtae Shinawatra, or Oak, the eldest son of former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra, visited and offered encouragement to the Red Shirt supporters.

According to Thai News Agency, Oak smiled, greeted the supporters with a respectful wai (traditional Thai greeting), and said to the Red Shirts, "See you today!" The Red Shirts cheered, shook hands, and took photos with him before his car drove into the Klong Prem Central Prison area.
