Hat yai: PEA mobilizes 1,000 technicians to continue the mission to rescue the fire in Hat Yai area. Mr. Mongkol Trikitjanon, Governor of the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA), chaired a meeting to expedite the restoration and inspection of the power distribution system and provide assistance to people affected by the flooding in Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province, at the Emergency Assistance and Support Center (ERSC3).

According to Thai News Agency, a team of approximately 1,000 technicians from the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) in all 12 districts nationwide has been mobilized to assist in restoring the power system in disaster-affected areas to ensure the public has access to electricity quickly and safely. This will be done quickly in areas where water levels have receded before power is restored to prevent accidents and short circuits.
