Pek and Nat Join Forces for Global Faith-Based Tourism Initiative

Pattaya city: Pattaya City, in collaboration with the Bright Romance Foundation, held an official press conference to announce the upcoming 'New Life Festival 2026' on Saturday, July 4, 2026. The event aims to elevate Pattaya into a center for faith-based tourism, reflecting the city's image as a world-class tourist destination that is open, safe, and sustainably inclusive of people of all ages.

According to Thai News Agency, at this press conference, Mr. Siwat Boonkird, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Pattaya City, along with the executive committee of the Bright Romance Foundation, tourism development agencies, and private sector organizations, announced their readiness and vision for the event. The focus is on elevating the image of quality tourism to attract Thai and international tourists of all ages to experience Pattaya from a beautiful new perspective.

The 'New Life Festival 2026' is scheduled for Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 11:45 PM at Pattaya Central Beach. The event includes a sacred afternoon ceremony, followed by an evening of beach atmosphere transformed into a festival of love and healing. Highlights include a theatrical performance by the foundation's youth group titled "Jesus on the Cross," a spectacular dance show, a worship concert, and a highlight drone light show displaying messages in the sky above Pattaya Central Beach.

Mr. Champ-Sittichok Serithornkul, a representative of the organizing committee, said, 'Faith-Based Tourism includes a water baptism ceremony on the beach, which is a historic event for Thai Christians. It is the largest gathering ever, with the water symbolizing the cleansing of past suffering and failures, allowing everyone to declare their faith and be ready for a new life filled with hope and love together.'

Celebrity couple "Pek Rattapoom - Nat Natacha" were part of this significant event. Nat Natacha revealed, "I'm very happy and excited because this is likely to be the largest water baptism ceremony in Thailand. It's not just a typical beach festival, but a space of love and art that will embrace and heal the hearts of everyone who attends. Pek and I intentionally invited friends like Big D-GERRARD, Mike-Pattaradej Sanguankwamdee, Pooklook-Fontip Watcharatrakul, and a big surprise: the comeback of legendary DJs, DJ Faahsai and DJ daisydarin, who will create Christian dance music (CEDM) like never before in Thailand. They'll also be joined by famous influencers who will create positive energy, such as Nak-Siwakorn Saipattana, Beam Minithing, and K-Bigboss from TikTok, as well as many young creators. Another highlight is the provision of free food and drinks using eco-friendly containers."

Pek Rattapoom revealed the main highlights of the event, saying, "There will be a big concert on the beach, a large drone light show in the sky above the beach, and a theatrical performance by youth from the Bright Romance Foundation, telling the story of Jesus on the cross to let passersby know about His love. In addition, there will be DJs and flag-waving dancing throughout the event."

Mr. Siwat Boonkird, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Pattaya City, stated regarding the measures to accommodate tourists: 'Pattaya City has established a framework for coordinating cooperation with relevant agencies, including implementing international standard security measures, managing the area, and providing comprehensive traffic facilitation to ensure convenient and efficient travel, thereby creating confidence and the utmost satisfaction for everyone.'
