People’s Party Uses Electric Buses for Bangkok MP Registration

Bangkok: The People's Party utilized orange electric buses to transport its Bangkok parliamentary candidates for registration at Wesn 2 Stadium. Mr. Nattapong Ruangpanyawut, the leader of the People's Party, personally led the candidates, demonstrating the party's commitment to sustainable transportation.

According to Thai News Agency, the People's Party transported its candidates from the Thai Summit Building in an orange, non-air-conditioned electric vehicle (EV) bus. The bus was prominently marked with the party's logo and slogans such as "Election, Choose the Future" and "People's Government." Among the first to arrive were Mr. Theerachai Phanthumas, Mr. Anusorn Thammajai, and Mr. Narupol Lertpanyaroj, representing various Bangkok constituencies.

Mr. Nattapong emphasized the party's comprehensive approach in the upcoming election, fielding candidates in all 33 Bangkok constituencies. The party's primary focus is on eradicating shady capital, reviving the economy, and supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through the "Half-Half" policy.

The People's Party aims not only to secure parliamentary seats but also to form the next government. Mr. Nattapong reiterated that their elected MPs will not support Anutin Charnvirakul for Prime Minister, and coalition partnerships will depend on compliance with the party's ethical standards. He stressed the importance of ministers not being involved in questionable activities and the acceptance of party conditions if replacements are necessary.

The campaign strategy of the People's Party centers on addressing the issues faced by the people. By ensuring transparency and accountability, they aim to gain public trust and confidence.

Following his statements, Mr. Nattapong led the candidates to the registration venue at Din Daeng Wesn 2 Stadium, using the orange EV bus for transportation. Upon arrival, candidates proceeded to register, marking a significant step in their electoral journey.
