In Phayao Province, Highway No. 1092 is also experiencing severe flooding, particularly between kilometers 17+200 and 17+300 in Ban San Klang, rendering it unusable for smaller vehicles. The Department of Highways has recommended that travelers use caution and adhere to posted warning signs. For those traveling from Pua District to Chiang Klang District, Highway 1081 Pua - Bo Kluea is suggested as an alternative route, as other routes remain blocked.
