According to Thai News Agency, a 40-year-old woman died as a result of the incident. She was traveling from Phra Pradaeng District, Samut Prakan Province, with her child and 13 colleagues for a vacation and relaxation. The incident occurred on May 10th, around 12:30 PM, in front of a restaurant in Moo 4, Muak Lek Subdistrict, Muak Lek District, Saraburi Province.

CCTV footage shows the sound of a tree snapping, and in a split second, it fell into the middle of a group of people eating, violently crushing a woman sitting at a table, hitting her head and body unexpectedly. Following the incident, officials and bystanders rushed her to Muak Lek Hospital, but she lost too much blood and died later.

This incident serves as an important cautionary tale: during thunderstorms and strong winds, people should avoid resting or parking under large trees to prevent unforeseen dangers.
