Bangkok: Supamas welcomes the winner of Mister International 2025 and discusses Thailand’s role on the global soft power stage. Ms. Supamas Isaraphakdi, Minister to the Prime Minister’s Office, extended a warm welcome to Mr. Kirk Bondad, the winner of Mister International 2025 from the Republic of the Philippines. The meeting also included the executive team of the Mister International Organization, led by Mr. Pradit Pradinan, President of the organization, along with Mr. Kanapol Trisongkiat, Mister International Thailand 2025, and other executives who visited Government House.

According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Supamas emphasized the significance of the Mister International pageant as a globally recognized gentlemen’s competition, attracting followers from numerous countries. She highlighted Thailand’s capability as a host for international pageants and regarded the meeting as a pivotal moment to explore how Thailand can leverage its soft power through collaboration with Mister International. Key areas of focus include tourism, food, fashion, and contemporary culture, aiming to present Thailand’s image to a global audience spanning over 50 countries.

Ms. Supamas also discussed the government’s efforts in promoting the Creative Economy and noted that hosting such competitions could enhance economic value, create jobs, and contribute to Thailand’s long-term promotion. This initiative positions Thailand as a potential regional hub for the creative economy industry.

Additionally, executives from Mister International evaluated their operations in Thailand and suggested potential collaborations with government agencies to enhance Thai cultural dissemination through global platforms. They also proposed promoting provincial activities that would engage contestants and their international audience.

Ms. Supamas concluded by affirming the government’s readiness to support initiatives that advance Thailand’s soft power. She expressed confidence that the Mister International platform would play a crucial role in elevating Thailand’s international image.
