Munyeong: The Thai national soft tennis team achieved a historic milestone by securing the runner-up position in the Senior Soft Tennis Asia Championships for the first time. The 25th edition of the Asian Soft Tennis Championships 2025 was held in Munyeong, South Korea, where the Thai team demonstrated remarkable performance.

According to Thai News Agency, the highlight of the tournament for Thailand was the men’s doubles category. The team of Sorachet Auyporn and Woranan Ratthapobkaraphak advanced to the final round. They faced the formidable pair of Kim Kyung Han and Noh Dong Sop from South Korea, who are former world champions. Despite a valiant effort, the Thai duo finished with a score of 3-4 games, and a tiebreak of 5-7, earning them the silver medal in the men’s doubles category.
