According to Thai News Agency, the Thailand U-23 men's national football team immediately began training at the fitness center inside the Juyan Hotel after arriving in Saudi Arabia. The training in the fitness room focuses primarily on physical recovery after traveling for over 10 hours.
Pattarapol Suksa-kit, a defender for the Thai national team, said that the journey took quite a long time, but it shouldn't be an obstacle for anyone as there is still plenty of time for training before the match. Regarding the weather, he said it has its advantages, and they just need to get used to it, which they have time to do. He will use his experience from previous matches to improve himself and help the team as much as possible.
The schedule for the Thai U-23 national team to compete in the Asian Championship includes matches against Australia on January 8, Iraq on January 11, and China on January 14.
