Personally, he believes the Election Commission should certify the election results first, because the process of forming a government requires MPs to vote on the Prime Minister.

He reiterated that he was truly unaware of the news regarding the allocation of ministerial quotas, adding that this matter is within the Prime Minister's authority and requires the Election Commission to certify the MPs first.
