Bangkok, 22 Oct – The Stock Exchange of Thailand asks investors to exercise caution when trading STEC securities as it is in the process of listing STEC Group Public Company Limited (STECON) securities in place of STEC securities, which will be delisted from the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

As STECON Group Public Company Limited (STECON) has made a tender offer for securities of Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited (STEC) to adjust the shareholding structure by exchanging 1 common share of STEC for 1 common share of STECON between 19 August 2024 – 21 October 2024 which has been completed, STECON is in the process of listing the securities instead of STEC securities.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand would like investors to exercise caution in trading STEC securities during the said period because STEC will be a security without a secondary market for trading securities after the listing of STECON securities instead of STEC securities, which will be delisted from the list. -511- Thai New
