Way Thaitanium and Nana Raibina Plan Debt Repayment Amid Ongoing Investigations

Bangkok: Lawyer Saiyud revealed that Way and Nana are feeling more relaxed and are planning to clear the debts with the victims, awaiting the final amount and urgently seeking funds to repay the entire amount. Way Thaitanium and Nana Raibina, a married couple, appeared before investigators at the Economic Crime Suppression Division (ECSD) at the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) this morning, January 23, 2026, following a summons. Their personal lawyer, Saiyud Pengbunchu, accompanied them. However, Way and Nana avoided the media, parking their car in the basement of the CIB building and proceeding to give their statements to the police. The process took approximately 1-2 hours. They refused to give interviews and instructed their lawyer, Saiyud, not to provide any information about the case to the press, citing past negative reactions and heavy criticism in previous interviews.

According to Thai News Agency, after finishing her meeting with the authorities, lawyer Saiyud walked downstairs to leave. As she passed the waiting media, the reporters tried to ask her about the mental state of her two clients, Way and Nana. Saiyud simply stated that both were becoming more relaxed compared to the first day they were released on bail in their various cases. When asked further about her debt repayment plans, Saiyud replied that she and her clients were already planning how to repay all the victims. However, the important thing is to finalize the total amount of damages and debts, including the total number of debtors, in order to create a clear debt repayment plan. She added that her clients are currently trying to find the money to repay all the debts.
