Yotchanan Launches Campaign in Udon Thani with Pledge to Reclaim Pheu Thai Party’s Stronghold

Udon thani: Yotsanan opened his first rally in Udon Thani, declaring his intention to reclaim the Pheu Thai Party's territory and aiming for a sweep of all 10 constituencies. He emphasized that complacency is not an option and reiterated that the 30-baht healthcare policy is something no other party would dare abandon. Meanwhile, Nattawut urged the public to make a decisive decision and teach those who switch parties a lesson about "who's who," adding that it would be a shame if they couldn't find suitable candidates in time.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Yotsanu Wongsawat, the Pheu Thai Party's prime minister candidate, along with Mr. Phumtham Wechayachai, a candidate for Member of Parliament on the party-list system, and Mr. Nattawut Saikua, a campaign assistant for the Pheu Thai Party, visited the people at Thung Sri Muang, Ban Dung District, Udon Thani Province. They campaigned for Mr. Traiphop Khampetch, the Pheu Thai Party's candidate for MP in Udon Thani Constituency 4, number 3.

Mr. Yotsanan greeted the people of Udon Thani, expressing his deep connection to the city, and emphasized his intention to win all 10 constituencies. He assured the crowd that if they succeed, he would remain committed to serving the people of Udon Thani indefinitely.

Yotsanan used the rally to communicate various policies of the Pheu Thai Party, highlighting the party's dedication to addressing the needs of the people. He expressed confidence in the potential of Udon Thani, remarking that the area could achieve international recognition with the right leadership.

He emphasized the importance of February 8th as a day to transform dreams and hopes into reality, inviting the people to trust him and Mr. Traiphop to deliver on their promises. Yotsanan outlined key policies, such as guaranteeing a 30% profit for farmers, supporting village health volunteers, offering debt consolidation for the elderly, and addressing the drug problem.

Yotsanan acknowledged the benefits of the co-payment scheme but argued the Pheu Thai Party's 70:30 scheme would better enable prosperity for all. He reiterated the significance of the 30-baht universal healthcare scheme and introduced a new 30-baht AI scheme to ensure healthcare access for everyone.

Mr. Nattawut, during his speech, urged Udon Thani residents to make a decisive choice on February 8th. He emphasized the Pheu Thai Party's capability to address people's problems and warned against shifting allegiances. He stressed the importance of the election not just for Pheu Thai's success but as a lesson to those engaging in political maneuvers. Voters were encouraged to support Pheu Thai on both ballots to demonstrate their resolve.
