Chaithip Unfazed by NACC Indictment Amid Election Focus

Bangkok: "Chaithip" remains undeterred by the National Anti-Corruption Commission's (NACC) indictment over gambling activities in parliament, maintaining his focus on securing an election victory.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Chaitip Kamolpantip, a candidate for Member of Parliament from the Kla Tham Party in Ratchaburi Constituency 5, addressed the media through a video clip on his personal Facebook page. He discussed the recent news that the NACC has indicted him for alleged gambling activities that took place in an MP's office within the Parliament building on January 11, 2023.

Mr. Kamolpantip expressed that he anticipated the emergence of such news but remains unperturbed by it. His primary concern is to win the upcoming election and demonstrate the continued support and affection he believes he has from the public.
